The South Nash Dash is a 5k run/walk through the Southern part of Nashville Davidson Co. The South Nash Dash was started in 2009 by a group of young professionals who live in the area South of Old Hickory Blvd on Nolensville Rd. 

This group saw an opportunity to produce an event where the local residential and business community could come and interact in a fun, healthy environment and truly get to know the people and businesses that make up the South Nashville area. 

The SND is dedicated to serving the South Nashville area by promoting neighborly good will to residents, businesses, and those in the community who are in need.
